The Request for Access to Public Information is based on the provisions of Administrative Order No. PRFAA-003-2024, issued by the Federal Affairs Administration of Puerto Rico on May 6, 2024, in order to comply with the provisions of Act No. 141-2019, as amended, known as the “Transparency and Expedited Procedure Law for Access to Public Information.”
