Hours:

Monday to Friday from 10:00-12:00pm and 1:00-3:00 pm.

Some Saturdays from 9:00am to 1:00pm.

Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, effective Monday, June 1, 2020, the office will be open serving those who make appointments, additionally temperatures will be taken, and individuals must wear proper face coverage prior to entering the office.

Paperwork and other requirements:

The registrant must visit the office in person.

Have a valid ID that is not expired such as Driver’s License, Passport or state identification.

For Marriage Certificate, if you have a married name and you didn’t get married in Puerto Rico, you’ll need to bring your State Marriage License from the State where your marriage license was issue.

Prices:

Birth Certificate: $5.00 for the stamp, and $10.00 for additional copies.

Marriage Certificate and Death Certificate: $10.00.
