Jennifer M. Storipan, Esq.
Jennifer currently serves as the Executive Director of the Puerto Rico Federal Affairs Administration (PRFAA). Prior to her appointment as Executive Director, she served as PRFAA’s Director of Government Affairs. In this role, Jennifer oversees the agency and leads its federal policy and advocacy efforts before the Executive and Legislative branches of the U.S. government. She is also a member of the New Jersey Commission on Puerto Rico.
Prior to joining PRFAA, Jennifer worked for Rep. Joyce Beatty (OH-03) as her Legislative Director and Counsel from 2013-2017, serving as her subject-matter expert in the areas of appropriations, budget, energy, judiciary, and defense. Jennifer has also worked on numerous electoral campaigns throughout her career.
From 2008-2012, Jennifer was an associate with Lowenstein Sandler, LLP, the largest law firm in New Jersey. At Lowenstein, Jennifer was an associate in the litigation department, specializing in class action defense litigation. She maintained an extensive pro bono portfolio, where she and the team successfully obtained asylum for an individual from Syria. She also served as the Lowenstein Fellow to Essex-Newark Legal Services, where she advocated on behalf of low-income clients in court and administrative proceedings. Jennifer is barred in New Jersey, New York, and the District of Columbia.
Jennifer proudly began her career with former Senator Barbara A. Mikulski (MD) in her Washington, DC office.
Jennifer attended The Ohio State University, Moritz College of Law for her JD, and received her BA from the University of Maryland, College Park, Phi Beta Kappa. In her spare time, Jennifer volunteers as an advisor for the Gamma Beta chapter (Washington College) of Zeta Tau Alpha.
