(Monday, November 2, 2020 – Orlando, FL) – The Puerto Rico Federal Affairs Administration’s Regional Office based in the City of Orlando, Florida (PRFAA), announced a collaborative agreement with the City of Miami to expand the services provided to the Puerto Rican community living in Florida. This collaboration will allow one of the states with the highest Puerto Rican population to have more access to government’s services. The Executive Director of PRFAA, Jennifer M. Storipan, will participate in the event.
“Our main priority is to continue improving and providing opportunities for our Puerto Rican community living in Florida. We know that there’s an ongoing pandemic, and we will continue to find innovative ways to provide these services while ensuring the safety of our people,” said Jennifer M. Storipan, Esq., Executive Director of PRFAA. “This partnership with the City of Miami will allow us to better serve and help the people that need our services the most. We are grateful to receive support from the government agencies in Miami and their mayor, Francis X. Suarez.”
For his part, Anthony Carrillo, Esq., Regional Director of PRFAA’s Florida Office, said that PRFAA’s Regional Office is at the service of the 1.2 million Puerto Ricans in Florida. “Our commitment is to serve all the Puerto Ricans that call the sunshine state of Florida home. Even though our office is located in Orange County, we are committed to providing assistance to those that live in different parts of the state.
